There are usually shop or residential rentals available somewhere in the Ville de Coeur.
Most homes have independent security and may have their own music and media stream. This includes all of the homes in Coeur de Bourgogne, Normandie Coeur, and Poitou Coeur, and Coeur de Franche-Comte. The three villas in Coeur d'Azur, and some homes in the Aquitaine and Alsace villages also have this support. Nearly all of the small cottages in the fishing village in Azur and the apartments and some townhouses in the Aquitaine and Alsace villages do not have security or independent streaming ability, but the cost (and prim count) is fairly low. There are usually some of these available. Look for a green sign near the front door
Seasonal landscaping is performed by the Ville de Coeur management. In most cases, it is okay if you provide your own plants, but they must be realistic and should fit in to the surrounding area and season. You may also have lawn furniture. However, we ask that you keep in mind that your home is likely to be photographed at various times of the day. Be sure that you do not have full bright or unrealistic items placed outside that might spoil the view.
